- You choose what you want, wire the funds, and immediately begin receiving interest and monthly checks.
OTHER DETAILS:
* All loans are interest only with a balloon payment at the end of the term.
COSTS: $250 for all documentation listed above and we suggest you use a 3rd party servicer to take care of all billing, payment and communication with the borrower at a cost of $25 a month. Then all you do is sit back and receive monthly passive income on your investment.
